Tracking SMS status

After successfully making your payment, you will be redirected to a status page where you can track the delivery of your message in real-time. The status page will display key delivery information, including whether your message is "In Progress" "Delivered" or "Failed".


How to Track Your Message:

  1. After Payment: Once your payment is complete, you will automatically see the delivery status page.
  2. Check the Status: The page will provide real-time updates about the state of your message.
  3. Check it later: save the url of the tracking page for later. You can always go back to the url to view the status.


Lost Access to the Status Page?

If you accidentally closed or lost access to the status page, don't worry! You can still retrieve your message's delivery status by providing us with your transaction ID.


How to Find Your Transaction ID:

  • The transaction ID can be found on your bank statement or payment confirmation email.


What to Do Next:

  • Contact Us with your transaction ID, and we’ll be able to look up the status of your message for you.
