- Message Status: Most messages are delivered within 1 minute, but occasionally, delays can occur.
Delivery Time
While most messages are delivered within 1 minute, there are occasional delays. In such cases, our system will continue to attempt delivery for up to 24 hours.
Possible Reasons for Delivery Delays
- Recipient's Device is Offline: If the recipient’s phone is turned off or in airplane mode, the message may be delayed until the device reconnects to the network.
- No Network Connection: The recipient may not have an active mobile connection due to being in a low-signal area or lacking a data plan.
- Network Congestion or Delays: Mobile networks sometimes experience high traffic, which can cause delays in delivering messages.
- International Routing: If you are sending messages internationally, the routing between networks might take longer due to varying carrier response times.
- Carrier-Specific Delays: Some mobile carriers may experience technical issues, which can impact message delivery times.
Message Status Updates
- Delivered: Your message has successfully reached the recipient's phone.
- Submitted or In Progress: The system is still attempting to deliver your message.
- Delivery failed: If the message cannot be delivered within 24 hours, its status will be updated to "Failed." You may then need to resend it.
What to Do if Your Message is Delayed or Not Delivered
- If your message is delayed: If the message is still marked as "In Progress" after several hours, it’s likely that one of the reasons above is causing the delay. The message will be delivered automatically once the recipient’s device is back online or the network issues are resolved.
- If your message is not delivered after 24 hours: If your message status shows as "Failed" after 24 hours, please contact our support team for assistance. Our team will investigate the issue and help ensure your message gets delivered or advise on further steps.
